Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Samir Al-Jubouri, a faculty member from our college, participated in a master’s thesis discussion committee at the College of Law, University of Kufa, on “The Legal Regulation of Acquired Error within the Scope of Civil Liability – A Comparative Study.”
The study, presented by student Aseel Hamed Siraj, aimed to define the concept of acquired error, explain its characteristics and legal basis, distinguish it from other forms of error, and identify its provisions regarding compensation.
